Terms of use

These terms are a contract between you and Pagemint, trading as Pagemint. By creating an account or continuing to use Pagemint you accept these terms.

Pagemint — the software, design, templates and code — belongs to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must be 18 or older to use Pagemint. Keep your login safe. Each account is for one person only.

One credit = one guide written, including the outline, chapters, design, AI images and PDF export.

• Free: 1 credit when you sign up.
• Founder pack: $29 one-time, 10 credits. These credits never expire.
• Monthly: $15 per month, 8 credits every month. The plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month.
• Top-up: $9 one-time, 5 credits.

Credits are a usage allowance for Pagemint only. They can only be used inside Pagemint to create guides, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold or gifted, and are not a stored-value or virtual currency.

Prices are in USD. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Fees, taxes and billing frequency are shown at checkout. The Monthly plan renews every month on the same date until cancelled.

You can cancel the Monthly plan anytime. Your access and credits continue until the end of the paid period, and no further payments are taken.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our refund policy.

Pagemint uses AI to suggest ideas and write drafts and images. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content; you must review and edit them before publishing or selling.

Pagemint is not professional advice. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice without review by a qualified professional.

You are responsible for what you enter (niches, text, uploads) and must have the rights to it.

Ownership: as between you and us, you own your inputs and the guides you create, to the extent the law allows; we claim no ownership of them.

Prohibited uses:

• Illegal content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Deepfakes or content using a real person's name, image or likeness without consent.
• Hate, harassment or threats.
• Doxxing or sharing other people's personal data.
• Malware or hacking content.
• Spam.
• Fraud, scams or deceptive content, including get-rich-quick or false income claims.
• Academic cheating, such as essays or homework to submit as your own.
• Content that infringes other people's copyright or trademarks.
• Attempts to jailbreak, overload or abuse the AI or the service.

Moderation: we may review, block or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Copyright complaints and takedown: email pagemintapp@gmail.com with the work, its location and your contact details; we will review and remove infringing content.

You own the guides you create and may sell them anywhere. You are responsible for checking facts and for what you publish, especially health, money and legal topics. AI-written text can contain mistakes. We do not promise any income or sales results.

Idea numbers and demand labels are AI estimates, not live market data, and not a promise of sales.

We may suspend or close accounts for material breach, non-payment or chargebacks, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You can stop using Pagemint and delete your account anytime from the account menu.

We may change or end features. You can delete your account anytime from the account menu.

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing limits your rights as a consumer under EU and Austrian law.

Austrian law applies, without removing consumer protections of your country.
